If you missed the last time this workshop was offered, I’d love to see you this time! Come join other women in a safe space to explore the nature of cycles in our physical and energetic bodies, and the world around us. This workshop will utilize the wisdom of the menstrual cycle to allow participants to engage with their emotions, senses, and beliefs about what it means to be a woman in a busy, modern world. We will utilize breath work, journaling, discussion, and ritual in relationship to the cycle of the moon, the menstrual cycle, and the changes we encounter in life. All women are welcome, no matter what stage of life. Participants will leave with a self-care package of goodies to support their well being.

Cost $35

What to bring: a yoga mat if you have one, journal or paper, bottle of water, one item that represents something special to you.

Tarot: Elements & Archetypes

Friday, May 10th 6:30-8:00pm at Earth Angels Holistic Health

Come explore the rich symbolism of the Tarot as it relates to the world we live in and the personal journey. Whether you are new to Tarot or an experienced student, this workshop will allow space for all to inquire how the elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether are communicated through the cards as well as how we can become familiar with some of the basic archetypes that guide our sense of Self. There will be meditation on the elements and archetypes, along with discussion on the cards that most clearly illustrate these concepts. Participants will leave with resources to work with the Tarot through ritual as well as some spread suggestions.

Cost:$20

What to bring: a Tarot deck (if you own one, not necessary), a yoga mat, pillow, or anything else you'd like to make yourself comfortable while doing visualization.
